Summary: Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.
